What happens if I need to return an order?
If you have made a purchase on smashbox.ca that you would like to return, please send your package to Smashbox Canada Online Returns at 6100 Freemont Blvd, Mississauga ON, CA L5R3V7. We recommend you send it via insured FedEx or Canada Post. Return shipping fees are not refundable. Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival and please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to post to your account. Returns will be accepted for 60 days after closure.
